The staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, they were always available. My room was pet-friendly & contemporary with toiletries, large bathroom plus earplugs. The breakfast was good and frequently replenished.

The position of the hotel was favourable and decent, close to the ocean. The stuff was supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating and always on disposal. Our room was contemporary and pet-friendly with large bathroom, super comfortable beds plus toiletries.

This hotel is just too cool! The location is prime, making it a breeze to explore all the jaw-dropping attractions nearby. The updated rooms are super spacious, with a killer view that will leave you in awe. The architecture gives off this mind-blowing outdoor vibe, especially those hallways! And can we talk about the price? It's surprisingly low for all the AMAZING amenities they offer, like the free wi-fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception. Plus, the lift makes it easy peasy to get around. Oh, and did I mention they have a business center and express check-in/out? Talk about convenience! And get this, they even allow pets and have air conditioning to keep you comfy. Bonus points for the strict no smoking policy. This place is the bomb!

Very nice experience there. Luxurious hotel with pleasant staff and satisfactory breakfasts included. Reasonably large room and bathroom with bathtubs. Good bar area.

The hotel was located short walk to the Sea and restaurants and a shopping center and public beach. The room was contemporary and good sized, the bad was extremely comfy. The view was particularly nice and breakfast was good.

The staff were attentive and excellent, everything was good. The hotel was placed in the central location in walking distance of downtown. Moreover, it was close enough to wharf and cannery row/aquarium, and restaurants, shopping and Whole Foods.

It offers a good and excellent location and has attentive staff. There's Chipotle Mexican Grill offering takeout a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The rooms are new-fashioned and updated, equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge.

Everything was great, luxury hotel, the location was favourable just next door to Del Monte shopping center and downtown Monterey and a huge outdoor mall with a pharmacy, restaurants, grocery, and movie theaters. The venue employees were exceptionally nice.

It was a quiet hotel in a very very nice area. Everywhere was clean, room with central heating, a flat-screen TV and a fridge was really pet-friendly and great-sized. The staff were affable and knew the area. Try excellent dishes served at the attached restaurant. The breakfast was good, the check in was easy. We had a very nice time staying at this venue.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was attentive and provided excellent customer service. Brenda and another gentleman went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient, just off the highway without any annoying highway noise. It was close to downtown, within walking distance of a shopping center, and only a few minutes away from the ocean. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and comfy beds.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions and conveniently situated next to the highway. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, providing us with a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant served a hearty breakfast that was worth the convenience. Additionally, the hotel had a pool, hot tub, and a gas station with a small store for snacks. it was a great experience for our family.

The vinyl floor in the room was the only downside, as I prefer carpet for its comfort and sound reduction.
